Imperial Homes, the award-winning and highly respected home building and remodeling company has announced it has started the construction of a new model in North Naples.

According to Curtis Gunther, Owner and General Contractor of Imperial Homes of Naples, the Wild Rose model is located on a corner homesite at the entrance to Anthony Court, which is a cul-de-sac.

“The model, which will overlooks a lake, is on an extremely private homesite and has only a few existing homes near it,” noted Gunther. “I truly believe it’s one of the most attractive lots in this quiet neighborhood of estate family homes.”

The single-story, four-bedroom plus gathering room and office/five full-bath/two-half-bath plan has 4,931 square feet under air and 7,993 total square feet including a side-entry three-car garage and two-car garage, as well as a large outdoor living area with outdoor kitchen and a pool.

From the double-door entry visitors step into the formal foyer. Straight ahead is the 27- by 25-foot grand room which overlooks the outdoor living area. To its left is the kitchen which features a large island counter with sink and a separate dining area. A large walk-in pantry is right around the corner.

One hallway off the kitchen leads to the laundry room and one of the guest bedrooms with walk-in closet and full bath. Another hallway off the kitchen leads to the other two guest bedrooms with walk-in closets and full baths.

Also off a third hallway is a half-bath and the phenomenal gathering room which measures 25 by 19 feet and has an incredible custom ceiling.

Two hallways off the Grand Room leads to the remainder of the home.

The first, closet to the outdoor living area, leads to the double-door entry of the master suite. It has two oversized walk-in closets and direct access to the outdoor living area.

Gunther estimates the Wild Rose model, which was designed by Orlando-based Zero Latitude Homes, is expected to be completed in late Fall of 2024.

The current asking price for the Wild Rose model is $5,950.000.
